Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the accurate intake and reporting of client directives, the full-time Operations Analyst will monitor communications, maintain organized records, and prepare performance reports in a remote capacity for the DFW Area, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shared inboxes for client directives and performance reports, ensuring timely communication and routing of tasks
• Maintain scorecard logs and directive trackers, preparing recurring reports that highlight results and deadlines
• Assist with operational audits and implementation of new client requirements, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
• Two or more years of experience in mortgage default operations, legal operations, or client reporting preferred
• Experience with maintaining trackers and preparing reports in a deadline-driven environment preferred
• Familiarity with client scorecards, audits, and performance reporting beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with Power BI preferred
