Operations Analyst
Job Summary
To support operations in Latin America, the part-time Operations Analyst will extract and interpret data from Spanish-language legal databases, conduct research using Internet search engines, and manage sensitive information remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process background checks (BGCs) for Ops Latam databases and validate BGCs from team members
- Provide onboarding support for new team members and answer questions regarding manual reviews
- Propose improvements for manual reviews and ensure client data security
Required qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish with strong reading comprehension and proficiency in English
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience working with databases and spreadsheets
- Basic understanding of search engines and general knowledge of Latin American legal systems
- Previous experience in data entry or related fields, preferably in law or administrative roles
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and quality assurance skills
