Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Operations Analyst will manage day-to-day processing of provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and evaluate information related to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the U.S
• Complete applications for provider credentialing, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of customers
• Validate and authenticate information on the credentialing platform to ensure 100% accuracy

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Experience in credentialing is a must
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
• Ability to conduct extensive research, particularly via Google
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
