Job Summary
To enhance student support and operational effectiveness, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will analyze data, streamline processes, and develop systems that improve academic success and student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with advising and support teams to strengthen operational processes that promote student retention and degree completion
