Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operations of Patient Access & Support Services, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will analyze hub operations, create operational dashboards, and monitor service-level performance to enhance client and patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze hub operations, productivity, and service-level agreement attainment
- Create operational dashboards and client reporting packages while monitoring performance metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and recommend corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Four years of related work experience, including hub operations
- Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong Excel, Power BI, and data analysis skills
- Experience with CRM/workflow platforms such as Salesforce
