Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will manage daily operational processes, oversee materials management, and develop workflow processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily operational processes and track issues to completion
- Manage the materials management process, including oversight of operations and quality checks
- Develop and implement workflow processes to optimize operational functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Three or more years of related experience, preferably within a health plan or related field
- Experience in developing and maintaining detailed process documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel
- Experience in interpreting data analytics and using data to drive change in healthcare
