Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst, Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify areas of concern affecting client satisfaction through data analysis and propose solutions
• Model business requirements for new systems and enhancements, validating and testing solutions
• Participate in team meetings, providing ideas to promote teamwork and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum two years of general business experience
• Preference for candidates with prior WorkPartners analytics experience
• Experience in the health care industry preferred
• Competence in MS Office required
