Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst II for the Fulfillment Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute standard client deliverables and tasks within assigned fulfillment areas
• Perform routine audits and file reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Assist with setting up and coordinating workflows for communications and file processes

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration, client services, HR/HRIS, payroll, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High reliability, organization, accuracy, and follow-through
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
