Operations Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst II for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to publish and maintain the pump SHIP schedule
• Audit technician training records and expense reports for compliance and accuracy
• Provide reporting and analysis on serial numbers and follow up with customers on recall and loaner pumps

Required Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Intermediate IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Able to interface at all levels of customer and client organization
• Demonstrated analytical skills
