Operations Analyst II

Job Summary

Overseeing capital planning and governance for Global Commercial Operations, the full-time remote Operations Analyst II will manage budgeting, reporting, and vendor relationships while supporting process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capital budgeting, forecasting, and spend governance for various field operations
• Provide data analysis and reporting solutions to identify business trends and recommend process improvements
• Establish and enforce material coding and standards, ensuring compliance and governance for materials used in operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of related experience
• Experience with capital budgeting, business case analysis, and performance reporting
• Strong analytical skills with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization concepts
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP/S4HANA and Power Apps
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams in a cross-functional environment
