Operations Analyst Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Operations Analyst Subject Matter Expert, the successful candidate will analyze customer requirements, assist with software development, and lead training events related to military Command and Control processes and systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and assist with user interface design and software functionality testing
• Prepare operator training materials and conduct remote customer demos and training sessions
• Provide exercise support during military training events across various operational divisions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in military Command and Control (C2), or equivalent experience and training
• Current or recent experience in Combat Plans Division, Combat Operations Division, Strategy Division, or Operational Assessment Team within Theater Air Operations Center or Combined Air Operations Center
• Ability to lead training events for military and technical personnel
• Active Department of Defense level security clearance required
• Proficiency in learning and applying skills related to new functional areas
