Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst - TestRail.

Key Responsibilities:

Your mission is to ensure we are performing to plan through diligent analysis of financial results and trends, turning this data into actionable recommendations grounded in business decisions
Report on financial performance including key SaaS KPI metrics and identify new business trends to present to the TestRail leadership team
Assist in month-end close processes by tracking 3rd party vendor expenses, various FX rate activities, and verifying commissions earned by our Sales team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience working in technical operations and/or finance (preferably in B2B SaaS)
Extremely detail-oriented self-starter
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience querying data with MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server
