Operations Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Provider Operations team, the full-time remote Operations Analytics & Insights Analyst will analyze operational performance, establish metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities while managing dashboards and providing real-time analytical support.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor call coverage and task allocation for the PAM team, providing real-time operational support
• Identify patterns and opportunities in operational data through root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support strategic projects with data analysis and assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in operations, business operations, or a data-adjacent role with strong analytical components
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data manipulation and analysis
• Strong analytical thinking skills to diagnose root causes and identify patterns
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly and concisely to operational and leadership audiences
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
