Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analytics Associate to join their Operations Intelligence team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate insights and serve as the primary contact for senior management in a major business unit
• Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions
• Collaborate across the organization to identify opportunities for operational improvements and monitor initiative impacts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports
• 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into relevant insights
• 2+ years of experience in SQL for data manipulation
• 1+ years of experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced functions
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
