Operations Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Owning the operational strategy, the full-time Operations Analytics Lead will translate data insights into actionable changes within the contact center and back-office operations, working remotely to drive decision-making and adoption of analytics and AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate operations strategy into prioritized data problems, focusing on impactful solutions
• Convert data insights into narratives that influence operational leadership decisions
• Ensure the integration of insights into workflows, measuring success by outcomes rather than output

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in a data product owner, analytics, or data subject matter expert role with proven business impact
• Strong fluency with operational data and reporting, capable of navigating complex data landscapes
• Experience partnering effectively with central data organizations
• Applied AI fluency and understanding of its relevant applications in operations
• Working knowledge of modern data stacks, particularly Snowflake and related tools
