Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Automation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and document workflows, identifying inefficiencies and redesigning processes for clarity and scalability
• Prototype and implement operational improvements and light automation to enhance efficiency
• Coordinate new service launches, defining workflows and resource needs in collaboration with various teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or workflow design
• Strong process-mapping skills and familiarity with automation/low-code tools
• Technical fluency to configure APIs and troubleshoot integrations
• Experience in healthcare operations, HR tech, or service logistics is a plus
• Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback
