Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations and Development Coordinator to support fundraising, human resources, finance, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations including bookkeeping, record keeping, and budget reconciliation
  • Assist in planning events and coordinate schedules for the Executive Team
  • Conduct prospect research and maintain donor records for the Development Team
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience in relevant fields
  • Demonstrated interest in operations, administrative, or development roles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and GSuite applications is required
  • Experience with bookkeeping and fundraising data entry is preferred but not required
