A company is looking for an Operations and Finance Manager to provide operational and financial support for international programming and fiscal management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage finances, operations, and human resources
• Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for staff and consultants

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience, with five years at a management level
• B.A. or B.S. degree (additional experience can substitute for education)
• Strong familiarity with U.S. accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
