Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations and Finance Manager to oversee financial management and operational systems in a nonprofit environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and organizational workflow while ensuring financial and legal compliance
  • Lead coordination and logistics for national events and oversee contracts, vendors, and organizational filings
  • Maintain financial systems and controls, ensuring accurate tracking of income and compliance with funding commitments


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, financial management, and grants management within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership and boards to provide financial insights for strategic decisions
  • Proven ability to build and manage operational and financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
