Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support remote work infrastructure and manage organizational tools

• Assist in hiring processes and manage applicant tracking systems

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations with exposure to financial processes
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience in nonprofit or grant-funded environments is preferred
