Job Summary

Leading operational excellence and financial governance, the full-time remote AVP, Associate Director of EFD - Operations & Financial Strategy will oversee all operational functions, manage budgets, and drive strategic growth initiatives within the Equipment Finance Division.

Key responsibilities

• Provide vision and oversight for EFD finance and operations, ensuring standardized and efficient processes
• Serve as the business owner of core EFD systems, managing data integrity and system enhancements
• Develop and manage the budget for EFD, aligning financial strategies with organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance
• 7+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in workflow optimization and KPI-driven management
• Strong expertise in core systems and data flows
• Knowledge of equipment finance and ability to translate business strategy into operational requirements
