Operations and Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Operations & Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own forecasting, purchasing, and inventory strategy for product availability and cost efficiency
• Oversee fulfillment operations and 3PL performance to ensure timely delivery and cost control
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics related to inventory health and fulfillment costs

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or purchasing roles, preferably in a DTC or eCommerce environment
• Proven experience managing 3PLs and optimizing fulfillment processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and modeling costs
• Project management experience preferred, especially in managing vendor timelines and system changes
• Experience managing a small team or cross-functional contributors is preferred
