Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations and HR Administrator to support corporate operations and HR functions while driving employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support, including drafting client agreements and maintaining process documentation
- Coordinate HR administration tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance activities
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and coordinate IT vendor communications and support
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR administration is preferred
- Self-direction and accountability in a fully remote environment
