Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations and HR Administrator to support corporate operations and HR functions while driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support, including drafting client agreements and maintaining process documentation
  • Coordinate HR administration tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance activities
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and coordinate IT vendor communications and support
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles

  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR administration is preferred
