Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations and HR Administrator to support corporate operations and HR functions while driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support, including drafting client agreements and maintaining process documentation
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and administer benefits programs
  • Manage employee engagement activities and support internal communications
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems and background in employee engagement preferred
