Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations and HR Administrator to support corporate operations and HR functions while driving employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support, including drafting client agreements and maintaining process documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and administer benefits programs
- Manage employee engagement activities and support internal communications
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience with HRIS systems and background in employee engagement preferred
