Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the part-time Operations and Integration Lead will build and maintain a lightweight operating dashboard, clarify ownership and decision pathways, and translate strategic priorities into visible workstreams while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a lightweight operating dashboard across various initiatives and operations
  • Clarify ownership, decision pathways, and approval responsibilities across active workstreams
  • Support important meetings to produce clear next steps and maintain records of key relationships and commitments
Required Qualifications
  • 7-15+ years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, or mission-driven organizational support
  • Experience supporting a founder or executive director in a small team environment
  • Ability to track multiple workstreams and create order from incomplete information
  • Practical comfort with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms
  • Interest in sustainability, systems change, or organizational learning
