Job Summary
To support a growing global network, the part-time Operations and Integration Lead will manage operational clarity and continuity for the organization, facilitating follow-through on projects and enhancing team alignment in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain visibility of active workstreams and support the creation of clear next steps from meetings and conversations
- Prepare decision points by clarifying options, timing, and next actions, ensuring smoother handoffs and communications
- Implement a simple weekly operating rhythm to keep the team aligned and engaged in ongoing projects
Required qualifications
- Substantial experience in operations, coordination, or project management within mission-driven or nonprofit organizations
- Proven ability to support senior leaders and navigate evolving priorities
- Strong decision-preparation skills and clear written communication
- Experience in sustainability, systems change, or field-building environments is preferred
- Relational tact in small, distributed teams, with an understanding of how to build user-friendly operational structures
