Operations and Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Licensing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate regulatory licensing applications and maintenance, including renewals and change notifications
• Organize corporate governance documents and track board and committee meetings
• Support legal, finance, and compliance operations as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory operations, or licensing in cryptocurrency, fintech, or regulated financial services
• Experience with NMLS and state filing systems
• Proven experience in coordinating payment licensing applications
• Familiarity with communication protocols for regulatory agencies
• Strong organizational and project management skills
