Operations and Maintenance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Maintenance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead remediation efforts for orphaned solar customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Develop and manage relationships with O&M partners and regulatory stakeholders
• Analyze customer data and oversee utility relationships to achieve Permission to Operate (PTO)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 4+ years of experience in the solar industry
• Experience with project management tools and utility regulations
• Strong understanding of solar system design, engineering, and installation requirements
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
