Operations and Maintenance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Maintenance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead remediation efforts for orphaned solar customers and manage relationships with O&M partners
• Oversee utility relationships to ensure timely Permission to Operate (PTO) and compliance with regulations
• Analyze customer issues and trends to improve service and project completion standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 4+ years of experience in the solar industry
• Experience with project management tools and utility regulations
• Strong understanding of solar system design, engineering, and maintenance
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
