Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy storage or solar asset operations and maintenance planning
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving for energy systems
• Proven ability to work independently within an operational framework
• Experience with maintenance management software and data analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (preferred)
