Job Summary

Managing daily operations remotely, the full-time salaried Operations and Maintenance Manager will ensure reliability and consistency in production while overseeing departmental planning and execution to meet quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operations within a production facility to achieve defined targets and drive continuous business improvement
• Lead and develop talent through direct people management, including staffing and performance development
• Utilize technical expertise and analytical thinking to propose solutions for complex manufacturing processes

Required qualifications

• Advanced experience in Manufacturing & Operation Management, comparable to a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
