Operations and Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations and Maintenance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of Operations, Maintenance, Repair & Replacement (OMR&R) activities, including contracts and budgets
• Conduct equipment life-cycle analysis and manage maintenance programs using CMMS software
• Support design, construction, commissioning, and reviews for various projects, while providing technical assistance and training for facility systems

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in overseeing complex facility systems, including HVAC and electrical distribution
• 10+ years of experience in developing and managing long-term service contracts for facility systems
• 10+ years of experience performing facility condition assessments and energy audits
• 10+ years of experience in developing cost models and leveraging advanced Excel tools for data analysis
