Operations and Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day health and operational performance of Azure Landing Zone infrastructure and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, the full-time Operations and Maintenance Technician will provide hands-on administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of Azure Landing Zone components and Azure Virtual Desktop services
• Monitor platform health, configuration compliance, and resource performance across Azure environments
• Assist with incident response, root cause analysis, and problem resolution for Azure platform-related issues

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or end-user computing support experience
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure in an operational environment
• Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop or other enterprise virtual desktop technologies
• Familiarity with Azure governance concepts including subscriptions, RBAC, and policies
