Operations and Planning Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented life sciences professionals will find a remote contract opportunity as a US Medical Affairs (USMA) Operations and Planning Specialist, responsible for driving vendor management, coordinating HCP/HCO consulting agreements, and building project dashboards to support high-priority initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational activities for USMA vendor management, including contract initiation and execution
• Collaborate with the USMA Operations and Planning team to implement new systems and provide project management support for high-priority projects
• Maintain detailed trackers, dashboards, and reports for key USMA projects and support the cloud-based filing structure for team documents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• Basic understanding of the Medical Affairs function and operational support
• Proficiency with digital applications, including Microsoft Suite and project management tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration in a matrix organization
