Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Product Research Manager to lead critical operational teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Platform Account Operations and Strategic Product Curation teams
• Optimize platform account readiness and improve strategic product curation quality through effective guidelines and methodologies
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration by communicating operational challenges and participating in strategic discussions

Required Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume account lifecycle processes, including initial setup and maintenance
• Experience working with proxies, VPNs, and geo-positioning emulation technologies
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Experience managing operational or technical teams for 3+ years
• In-depth understanding of digital platform ecosystems and account behavior
