Operations and Product VP

Job Summary

To support a growing product business, the full-time remote VP of Operations and Product will manage operational systems, oversee product management, and drive marketing efforts to ensure scalable growth while working closely with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Run the company on an established operating system, ensuring accountability and operational cadence
• Map, document, and improve core processes to enhance efficiency and output as the company scales
• Own the product roadmap, translating strategy into actionable tasks and maintaining visibility on progress

Required qualifications

• Experience blending marketing and technology, with a strong understanding of product development and sales
• Proficiency in UI and UX, ideally with a design background or hands-on design experience
• Hands-on experience implementing EOS, OKRs, or similar operating systems in a business environment
• Fluency with AI tools and workflows to enhance productivity
• Demonstrated track record of operational excellence and product management across multiple products
