Operations and Product VP

Job Summary

To support a growing software and product business, the full-time VP of Operations and Product will manage the operational systems and product management processes, ensuring accountability and driving growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Run the company on EOS or OKRs, maintaining a weekly cadence and accountability chart
• Document and improve core business processes to enhance operational excellence
• Own a prioritized product roadmap, translating strategy into actionable work and ensuring visibility of progress

Required qualifications

• Experience blending marketing and technology, with a strong understanding of product development and sales
• Proven eye for UI and UX, ideally with design experience
• Hands-on experience with EOS, OKRs, or similar operating systems
• Track record of operational excellence, demonstrating process improvements that enhance team performance
• Product management experience across multiple products, with the ability to prioritize effectively
