Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations and Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports, and improving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and automate self-service dashboards for monitoring organizational health and making strategy decisions
- Enhance current reports to produce meaningful insights and proactively advise on new data and analytical views
- Monitor client and program performance, produce operations reports, and assist with process improvements
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of business and data analysis experience
- Relational database familiarity
- Data management experience, validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems
- Previous automotive related experience is a plus
- Experience with BI, Google Workspace, and CRM Tools
