Job Summary

Managing multiple mortgage client accounts, the full-time Operations and Services Manager will oversee service delivery in insurance tracking outsourcing, lead a large team, and drive process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cash management functions and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide input on staffing, budget analysis, and process improvement initiatives while meeting productivity and client contract expectations
• Implement employee engagement strategies and coach team members to enhance operational consistency and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or 4 years of experience in insurance operations management
• Three years of management experience
• Strong background in financial oversight of cash
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams in high-pressure environments
