Operations and Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Senior Manager who thrives in details while thinking holistically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory strategy and purchasing, ensuring proper stock levels and best-negotiated vendor costs
- Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations and ensure performance of 3PL vendor(s) meets or exceeds targets
- Monitor and analyze shipping costs, delivery timelines, and vendor SLAs proactively driving optimization
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management roles (DTC, eCommerce, or fast-paced CPG preferred)
- Proven ability to manage 3PL vendors, drive inventory discipline, and optimize backend performance
- Experience working closely with Marketing and Tech teams to support backend execution of campaigns and system changes
- Strong analytical skills, fluent in Excel/Sheets, operational KPIs, and cross-functional reporting
- Experience working in mid-size to growth-stage companies where agility and accountability are key
