Job Summary
To support the Church Account Projects team, the full-time remote Operations and Training Manager will design and manage a scalable onboarding program, coordinate IT provisioning, and facilitate continuous learning initiatives for new hires.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute a cohort-based onboarding model for processing 20+ new hires weekly
- Manage IT provisioning workflows and ensure system access for new employees before Day 1
- Develop and maintain a living training library and ongoing learning sessions for project management roles
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, or learning & development
- Proven ability to build onboarding programs from scratch in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing high-volume hiring ramps of 50+ new hires within 60-90 days
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience coordinating IT provisioning and system access workflows for new employees
