Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing operations within a nursing facility
• Act as a liaison between the nursing facility, residents, families, and the community
• Compile and develop reports on budget projections, revenue, and expenses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
• Mathematical skills to apply concepts such as fractions and percentages
• Ability to solve practical problems in various situations
