Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial case reviews to determine dispatch needs and attempt remote resolution
  • Provide technical review and remote support for parts and instructions to achieve first-time fix
  • Prepare reports and records on departmental activities and assist in case management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in Technical or Business emphasis
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • A+ certification for technical roles, along with hardware knowledge and experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Organizational skills and ability to follow defined processes
