Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations II.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial case reviews to determine dispatch needs and attempt remote resolution
- Provide technical review and remote support for parts and instructions to achieve first-time fix
- Prepare reports and records on departmental activities and assist in case management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in Technical or Business emphasis
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- A+ certification for technical roles, along with hardware knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Organizational skills and ability to follow defined processes
