Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate to support its growing volume in the distribution of E&S insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage processes related to endorsements, cancellations, and renewal quotes within assigned regions
• Support automated processes by reviewing inspections and executing findings
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance client service experiences

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Underwriting or Underwriting Assistant experience
• Experience executing policy changes mid-term, including endorsements and cancellations
• Ability to organize tasks and prioritize across multiple processes
• Experience with E&S insurance service and operations
• Knowledge of surplus lines compliance and billing workflows is a plus
