Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founder Catalyst Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit early-stage companies for the Founder Catalyst program
• Assist in evaluating program applications and coordinate virtual Selection Committee Interviews
• Manage program resources and support communication among founders, mentors, and partners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative roles
• Working knowledge of Web 3, blockchain, and crypto concepts
• Experience in virtual event planning and logistics
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong interest in technology, startups, and entrepreneurship
