Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new clinicians, ensuring a high-quality experience
• Execute onboarding tasks to facilitate high-volume clinician integration into client-specific protocols
• Identify inefficiencies in the onboarding process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience at a high-growth tech company or similar organization
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented workflows effectively
• Experience working directly with external stakeholders, such as customers and providers
• Familiarity with low-code tools and experience with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
• Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
