Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate for the ATM & Cash Process, Controls & Support Team (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities

Execute operational processes with high accuracy and efficiency based on KPIs
Monitor inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate remediation
Support onboarding activities and identify operational risks for escalation

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
At least 3 years of experience in the Financial Industry
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
At least 1 year of experience in Bank Operations
