• Drive quality initiatives by managing Expert Contributor quality programs and ensuring SLA adherence
• Build cross-skilling programs to expand the talent pool's capabilities and flexibility

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Excited to build and scale initiatives from 0 to 1
• Technical proficiency with SQL and/or Python for data analysis
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial and operational modeling
