Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate to execute daily operational tasks related to money movement servicing retail and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage wire processing and daily tasks for bank operations, including payment rails like ACH and card
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer and partner requests, capturing feedback for product enhancements
• Develop and maintain internal processes while ensuring bank ledger accuracy and daily reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with wire transfers and other payment rails at banks
• 2+ years in client-facing or operations support roles, preferably in a growth-stage technology startup
• Experience with Fedline Advantage and knowledge of ACH and debit card processing
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and be part of a 24/7 coverage team
