Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate to support high-profile clients with operational tasks related to Alternative Investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to Financial Advisors regarding Alternative Investment transactions
• Document and manage 30-50 calls per day using the Genesys phone system and Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate with various teams on processing requests and participate in educational training sessions

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Customer service oriented with multitasking capabilities
